Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul), including misuse of accounts, content, and technical systems.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using the Services in a lawful, secure, fair, and respectful way. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including students, educators, team members, administrators, and guests.

2. Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Services to:

  • break the law or assist unlawful activity;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit, or dox others;
  • distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code;
  • scrape, bulk harvest, or reproduce content without authorization;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts;
  • circumvent authentication, rate limits, permissions, or billing restrictions;
  • misrepresent identity, affiliation, or credentials;
  • use the Services for spam, scams, deceptive advertising, or fraud;
  • interfere with the performance, stability, or security of the Services.

3. Use of Coding and Technical Environments

If the Services provide editors, terminals, execution environments, uploads, or other technical tools, you may not:

  • attempt privilege escalation or environment escape;
  • mine cryptocurrency or consume abnormal compute resources;
  • store, relay, or distribute unauthorized data;
  • test exploits or vulnerabilities against the platform or third parties;
  • upload copyrighted or sensitive material without authorization.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, throttling, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal escalation where appropriate.
