These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul), including our websites, applications, learning tools, coding environments, assessments, subscriptions, digital downloads, certificates, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, school, employer, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes both you and that entity.

3. Description of the Services
ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul) provides an online educational platform that may include interactive lessons, practice modules, quizzes, coding and sandbox tools, progress tracking, downloadable resources, AI-assisted study tools, certificates, and subscription-based access to premium content.
We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify any part of the Services at any time, including content, pricing, availability, features, integrations, or supported devices.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult.
To access some features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update your information if it changes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Paid Plans, Billing, and Renewals

7. User Content
You may submit or upload content such as code, answers, prompts, comments, messages, assignments, screenshots, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services, including moderation, backup, analytics, and customer support.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.
8. Coding Environments and Technical Restrictions
Certain parts of the Services may include coding sandboxes, terminals, execution environments, upload tools, or integrations. These tools are provided for learning and authorized product use only.
We may monitor, limit, suspend, or terminate access to technical features to protect users, platform integrity, and service availability.
- You may not upload malware, ransomware, spyware, or destructive code.
- You may not probe, scan, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security.
- You may not abuse compute, bandwidth, storage, or execution resources.
- You may not use the Services to access systems, data, or networks without authorization.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:
- violating law or third-party rights;
- harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating others;
- scraping or bulk-copying content without permission;
- circumventing paywalls or access controls;
- using bots or automation to disrupt the platform;
- plagiarizing or misrepresenting work in assessments;
- posting defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content.
10. Educational and Service Disclaimers
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, certification outcome, exam result, career placement, employment opportunity, income level, or business success.
The Services may contain errors, interruptions, delays, bugs, inaccurate content, or incomplete answers, especially where content is user-generated or AI-assisted. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or liability, harmed other users, or abused the Services. We may also disable content, modules, or features to comply with law, protect the platform, or address security concerns.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively entitle you to a refund except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul) and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul) and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZoeSkoul LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
