Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation, renewal, and refund rules for paid plans and purchases on ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul).

Effective Date: March 11, 2026Last Updated: March 11, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, premium content, digital goods, and other paid features offered through the Services, unless different terms are presented at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period. Unless stated otherwise, you will retain access through the end of the paid term.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in limited cases such as:

  • duplicate charges;
  • technical billing errors caused by us or our payment processor;
  • charges made after a timely cancellation;
  • refund rights required by applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by law or expressly promised at purchase, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • partial subscription periods;
  • unused access time;
  • completed billing cycles;
  • downloadable digital products that have already been accessed or delivered;
  • purchases affected by account suspension due to policy violations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request review of a refund, contact support@zoeskoul.com and include your account email, billing date, amount, and any relevant transaction details. We may require additional information to verify your request.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, subject to applicable law.

7. Changes

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
