This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul) handles copyright complaints and repeat infringement.
1. Overview
ZoeSkoul (ZoeSkoul) respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
2. How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@zoeskoul.com with the following:
- your full name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notice where permitted by law. Your counter-notice should identify the removed material, its prior location, your contact information, and any statements required by law.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit invalid or abusive notices.
5. Good-Faith Use
Please submit notices responsibly. False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith notices may have legal consequences.
